A surprising request from a user caught the attention of Blinkit CEO Albinder Dhindsa.
A game session as a condition of purchase
The case unfolded when a customer lightly approached Blinkit’s customer support with a unique condition: “Oh listen… I’ll buy a PS5 from you with only one condition.” When asked to elaborate, the customer replied: “Only if the rider stays behind and plays FIFA with me. I need someone to train to beat my friend later.”
When Blinkit didn’t respond immediately, the user sent several messages, decorated with question marks, asking for a reply.
“Bro, hesitate,” Blinkit replied, sharing the exchange online, where it quickly became a source of amusement among netizens. Founder and CEO Albinder Dhindsa also joined in the fun and responded with facepalms.
Unusual demand creates online buzz
As the conversation drew laughter online, users flooded the comments with witty remarks and suggestions. “It’s kidnapping,” joked one user, while another pondered: “Could this be another business theme?”
In the middle of the banter, one user seriously considered the offer and expressed his willingness to buy another PS5 if the editor was stuck playing games like Rocket League or Genshin Impact. Others echoed the sentiment, suggesting that Blinkit should consider allowing a delivery agent to join the game.
